The methodology that separates agencies that deliver posts from those that build revenue
The Makewell Framework is how we work and guarantee delivery quality: 4 integrated pillars (positioning, content, traffic and sales) operating as a single engine, with process, standards and traceability at every stage. It's not a service. It's the logic behind everything we deliver.
Why a proprietary framework?
Most agencies execute. Few think. The Makewell Framework exists because marketing without methodology is luck. And luck is not a business model.
Over 9 years, we tested what works and what wastes client money. In the beginning, we were a creative agency. Then we learned how to do traffic. Then we understood that traffic without CRM is like a leaky bucket. Then we realized that all of it fails if positioning is generic.
The Makewell Framework is the result of that journey: a methodology that doesn't treat branding, content, traffic and sales as separate services — it treats them as gears of a single predictable revenue engine.
If each gear runs at a different agency (or in departments that don't talk inside the same company), the engine stalls. That's why our clients have everything integrated internally: strategy, creation, paid media and CRM under one roof, moving in the same direction.
The 4 integrated pillars
Each pillar is necessary. None is sufficient alone. The strength of the framework lies in how they connect.
Positioning & Branding
Before investing a single dollar in media, we define who the brand is, who it speaks to, what promise it sustains, and how it differentiates. Amplifying a confused brand only accelerates the confusion. And burns budget.
We work on strategic positioning, verbal architecture, visual identity and brand manifesto as the foundation everything else rests on.
Content & Authority
Content at Makewell is born from a proprietary framework that crosses the greatest minds in advertising (Ogilvy, Sinek, Godin, Olivetto) with applied neuromarketing and modern conversion engineering.
We produce what educates the market, builds authority and prepares the ground for sales, all anchored in the positioning defined in Pillar 01.
Traffic & Paid Media
Organic is a short blanket. Paid media is what turns content into pipeline. We structure full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube, always connected to the previous pillars.
We don't run traffic to generate likes. We run it to generate qualified leads, with predictable CAC and full traceability through to closing.
Sales & CRM
Where most agencies disconnect, Makewell starts the most important work. We structure the CRM, train the sales team in SPIN Selling, automate follow-up and measure the journey from first click to payment.
This is the pillar that closes the cycle: without it, everything that comes before becomes cost, not investment.
How we create content that converts
The schools of Ogilvy, Sinek, Godin and Olivetto, applied neuromarketing and the M.E.N.T.E. framework — the complete methodology behind every piece we produce.
Framework × FishWell Method
The Framework is about how Makewell works. The FishWell Method is about your client's journey.
The Framework is our internal way of operating: 4 integrated pillars that guarantee standards, process and delivery quality in every project. FishWell is the map of your client's journey in 5 stages (Diagnosis → Planning → Communication → Investment → Measurement), from first contact to recurring relationship.
One without the other doesn't deliver results. Together, they deliver predictable growth. Discover the FishWell Method →
The difference in practice
What changes when a brand switches from the logic of "hiring marketing services" to the logic of "operating within an integrated framework".
Agency hires parts
- Branding at one agency, traffic at another, CRM with the client itself
- Each vendor optimizes their own KPI, not the business
- Weekly meetings become blame ping-pong
- Pretty content that doesn't convert, expensive traffic that doesn't close
- Impossible to track real return on investment
Integrated ecosystem
- The 4 pillars operated by the same team, under the same strategy
- All KPIs point to a single objective: client revenue
- Meetings discuss results, not work defense
- Content built to convert, traffic built to close
- Single dashboard from first click to signed contract
Who the Framework makes sense for
The Makewell Framework is for brands that treat communication as strategic investment, not cosmetic expense. Typically:
Companies in repositioning or expansion phases that need to consolidate authority, scale with method and move beyond guesswork.
High-ticket independent professionals — physicians, lawyers, dentists, engineers, consultants — who depend on built authority and qualified leads, not inflated reach.
Industries that need to build a B2B brand, generate qualified leads and shorten the sales cycle with integrated strategic communication.
NGOs & Third Sector: impact organizations that need to build narrative, engage donors and scale their cause with the same rigor as a market brand. This is what we did with Casa Hunter.
"We don't sell posts. We build bridges between relevant brands and the people who need them."
